A 2-hour entry-level gaming clinic for people new to Casino Table Games. Learn gameplay, etiquette, and basic strategies for Blackjack, Roulette and Craps. The clinic includes a complimentary continental buffet table with premium drinks, coffee, tea, water, danishes, Each attendee will also receive an information and strategy card for each game and a certificate of completion. Get a Reserved Table at Palace Station! Optionally, player graduates of each clinic can choose (as a group) to reserve a blackjack table at Palace Station immediately following the clinic. Playing your first few hands at a live table can be intimidating. Thanks to our friends at Station Casinos, we want to make your experience as comfortable as possible without risking much money or stress. Once you finish the clinic, head over to Palace Station for a low-pressure experience with one of our CEG Dealer School graduates. The clinic is designed to relieve the pressure of being a player while providing you with the tools to play with confidence. These clinics will take place at the new Casino Quest location, inside the Casino Training Center, at 3100 West Sahara STE 103. 1.5 miles west of the Strip, walking distance from Palace Station.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to obtain a full refund. Within 48 hours, your reservation is locked in. Up to 24 hour prior we can work with you to reschedule based on availability. Within 24 hours of your appointment, it may not be possible to reschedule. If you are running late, it's ok, it's your time. If we do NOT have a competing reservation we can extend your time up to 15 minutes into the next hour, after which we will charge a pro rated basis. For example, if we have no competing reservations, we will extend your reservation 15 minutes into the next hour for free. If you want to go past that we will need to charge you on a pro rated basis. Group Reservation Cancellations All group reservations require a deposit of $500 for the time to be blocked and held exclusively for you. A block prevents competing reservations for your time slot. For Group reservations ONLY (those larger than 6 persons) must be canceled within 2 weeks of the scheduled date for a refund, minus your deposit. Before 48 hours, you will get a 50% refund, and within 48 hours of the event, no refund. For groups and private events, our employee schedules are locked in up to 2 weeks prior.
