From Unlikely Beginnings to Vegas's Premier Casino Training Facility

Casino Quest was born from passion, persistence, and one viral YouTube video that changed everything.

​

It started in 2013 when Alex, a Las Vegas native and veteran Strip dealer (Wynn, Cosmopolitan), founded CEG Dealer School in 800 square feet of strip mall space—literally sandwiched between two massage parlors. Despite the skeptics, the competitors, and an early eviction, Alex kept pushing forward.

In 2017, David joined the mission. A former homeless veteran with 34 years of casino experience—from dealing a 25-cent dice game at the Golden Gate to working across a dozen Las Vegas casinos—David brought deep industry knowledge and an unshakeable belief in second chances.

Then came the moment that changed the trajectory: a YouTube video went viral with over 1 million views, followed by a call from the Fashion Show Mall. Alex and David emptied their bank accounts—admittedly, in the most irresponsible way—and opened Casino Quest in 1,800 square feet of space.

Today, Casino Quest operates from a 10,000 square foot facility, serving dealers, players, corporate groups, and a growing community that sees casino gaming as opportunity, entertainment, and skill worth mastering.
