What casinos have closed for the near future? Vegas or other markets.
I heard Luxor will be closing down
Caesars is looking to sell 2 properties in Vegas, so we heard from a different birdie. Thats looking more like Planet Hollywood and Rio every day.
Does Caesars actually own Rio still? I thought they had sold it and the new owners contracted the gaming back to them on a 2 or 3 year deal???
OOf, looks like the RIO is on hold for a long time. As of right now a little birdie told us its being shopped for a new buyer.
Also, Trop opening has been delayed again. Don't have a firm date yet.
Palms is out until further notice.
Virgin (former Hard Rock) also delayed their opening. No new start date yet.
Fiestas I am told were bought by Boyd, might be news soon.
We have hard rumors of the Sahara closing...they are denying it, but things were looking slow even before Corona, so hmmm, we shall see.
Texas Station Las Vegas
Fiesta Rancho - Las Vegas
I was going to start my list with the Tropicana but apparently its slated to pen Sept 1
