wow David those payoff sheets are a godsend I'm basically a high end slot player who's a bit intimidated by table games but love playing craps (best I can handle is bubble craps and you can't go too high)would love to see more instruction videos with just you explaining different strategies so I can feel a bit confident if they ever bring live craps to Hollywood Fla where I love to go..I'm a Patron member so how do I get a badge? First off, what is a Patreon Forum Badge? Second and most importantly. Can you create a payoff sheet for 5 and 9 Place and Odds bets? I know the place odds bet is 2 to 3 and the place bet is 7 to 5. I find a couple place bet pays charts but nothing on the odds bet. I think there are Patreons out there that would appreciate a good 5 & 9 chart
